Raquel in our designer warehouse recently visited family in Mexico and brought back for us a recipe for traditional Mole Rojo (moe-lay RO-hoe). This tasty and versatile sauce can be prepared before a large party and served over rice and chicken or incorporated into enchiladas. Every region in Mexico has a different preparation for Mole. This one comes to us from the state of Morelos. Yummmmm.
