Since 1996, Aziza has been a bright and cheery addition to our staff at our flagship store, and she also cut many of your orders while she worked in our Mail Order division. Her Keema Samosa (meat pastry) recipe is a favorite and often does not last more than a few minutes once it is presented. Samosas are a cross between an egg roll and an empenada -- you have a crisp, fried outer shell filled with spicy ground beef. When made according to Aziza’s directions, this dish is very spicy, but that can easily be dialed down with the decrease of chopped green chilies.
