Wholesale Cationic Charmeuse is a lightweight, fluid polyester satin that has a slight iridescent quality. The charmeuse is woven with a black thread across the grain which gives it a richer, deeper color when it is draped or gathered. 100% Polyester. Machine washable. Priced per 25 yd. bolt.
