- Packages will be shipped either UPS Ground or USPS Priority, choice is made by Vogue Fabrics Shipping Department.
- IF the products you are ordering qualify for our Flat Rate Offer, this choice will appear as a selection during checkout.
- Products thumbnail image will have a "Special Offer" starburst logo identifying this promotion.
