It fits the 1/2" bone casing, it is more rigid than spiral bones but not at rigid as the European style #50-8206. This is a great multi-use bone! Use this in corset building for fashion garments, historical reenactment, period costumes, bridal and Gothic garments. Hand wash or dry clean, never machine wash. 5/16" wide x .018" thick.
