Linen Print Fabric

Printed linen fabrics are ideal for sewing spectacular summer fashion apparel garments.  Each year Vogue Fabrics introduces new seasonal selections. Linen fabric is usually made from flax.  If you want to retain the crisp quality of linen, dry clean the fabric.  If you want to have a softer, more casual appearance to your fabric, wash in cold water and line dry.  If you choose to wash the fabric, make sure to wash it like this prior to cutting your pattern so it doesn't shrink after you sew it.
