We gave you two choices for bottom-weights to coordinate with VF232-27, both are from our Classic Ponte di Roma collection online and in our retail store.  Haussmann Sorbet brings a punch of persimmon, while Haussmann Putty calms things down while coordinating with the pale leaves of the print. The ponte knits are medium weight, have a soft hand, are tightly knit with good body but not too firm. Choose these for cardigans, knit pants, body-con dresses, princess seamed tops, and straight skirts.

Although the first two fabrics come from different sources, they look like they were made for each other.  Manufactured to compete with Kaufman’s Arietta, Foule Chill is a Premium Ponte de Roma from another source, with a hand and stretch comparable to the industry standard set by Kaufman, in a color Kaufman does not produce.

Astro Claret stretch bengaline is a tightly woven, lightweight option for making jumpsuits, rompers, and other on-trend fashion separates.  Toss on a 3/4 length sweater coat with a belted waist you’ve constructed from Astro Alpine (VF245-41) to complete the look.  

The stretch on this fabric runs along the grain, not across the grain.  Lay your pattern pieces across the grain so the stretch will wrap around you when you wear the garment.
