Reef Citrine is a stretch-woven cotton that is soft to the touch and delicious to wear.  We show Reef Citrine as a top, pants, and the underlayer of the chiffon pants.  Sew this like you would any light to medium weight cotton woven fabric, and enjoy the built-in ease the spandex gives the fabric.
