Anthozoa Seabreeze stretch lace can be oriented either lengthwise or crosswise. For wearing as a knit fabric: lay your pattern pieces out width-wise rather than lengthwise, allowing the stretch to wrap around your body. To calculate the yardage you need, simply lay your pattern pieces out side by side and measure the widest part from left to right. You will need less fabric this way, and at $5.99 per yard, you can take a chance sewing outside your comfort level. For sewing without the stretch: lay your pattern pieces out either lengthwise or widthwise. We recommend using VF233-19 Anthozoa Waters as a fashion lining with body.
