The product is unavailable in the catalogAnthozoa Seabreeze stretch lace can be oriented either lengthwise or crosswise. For wearing as a knit fabric: lay your pattern pieces out width-wise rather than lengthwise, allowing the stretch to wrap around your body. To calculate the yardage you need, simply lay your pattern pieces out side by side and measure the widest part from left to right. You will need less fabric this way, and at $5.99 per yard, you can take a chance sewing outside your comfort level. For sewing without the stretch: lay your pattern pieces out either lengthwise or widthwise. We recommend using VF233-19 Anthozoa Waters as a fashion lining with body.

Beautiful diagonal swaths of purple, gold, tan, pale blue, and off-white dots are printed atop a floral stretch lace. Sew this the same way you would a lightweight knit. If you underline this fabric with a dark color, you won’t see the floral lace pattern as pronounced as if you wear the lace over a lighter color. Try something new, and create a lace top you can tie or fasten loosely in front, and wear it over a dress sewn from Flats Regal (VF234-25).

*This fabric came to us from a designer's workroom without any content tags. Based on the way the lace burns, we believe the content contains some percentage of polyester and acrylic with some spandex added for recovery. It is definitely synthetic, not natural fiber.
