Soprano Velvet is a supple, fluid, low-pile plush fabric specially designed for evening wear and special occasion garments. We recommend you hang your velvet from the selvages until you are ready to sew to prevent it from crushing. Use the nap layout of your sewing pattern. We recommend you use a walking foot, and temporary spray adhesive to help prevent your fabric from "walking" when you sew.
