Fold Over Elastic - Red #43 - 5/8" wide

Fold Over Elastic makes edge finishing on garments fast and easy. Specifically made for edging knit fabrics, use it like a bias binding for a clean, finished edge. This elastic is great for edging necklines, sleeves, waistbands, armholes, & lingerie. Fold Over elastic has a satin finish with an indentation down the center, is 5/8" wide flat - and when folded it makes an approximate 1/4" wide bound edge.
