International Ordering Information

We sell and ship our fabrics around the world.

Payment Methods:

  • We sell both retail and wholesale. Prices are in US Dollar.
  • At this time we only accept Paypal (www.paypal.com) as a payment for ALL International transactions. 
  • Not paying via Paypal will delay the processing of your order and will prevent us from shipping out your order until an invoice can be generated thru Paypal so proper payment can be arranged. A full credit will be issued for credit card purchases, however your issuing bank may charge you transaction fees for both the purchase as well as the refund. 

This allows a third party payment processor to handle the transfer of money, and they provide assistance to both vendor and client if anything ever goes wrong.

We apologize for this inconvenience but this policy is strictly enforced until an order history is established.

Shipping Costs:

  • Prices for shipping are from a real time shipping calculator from USPS. They are based on the shipping method, location, and weight so once you put something in your shopping cart and proceed to ‘checkout’, the shipping calculator will calculate the costs once you enter your personal information. Therefore, you will know exactly what the shipping charges are before you finalize the order and enter the payment information.
  • The "Buy a Swatch $1" is a service for US Residents, including all territories that enjoy US domestic shipping rates.  If you are ordering swatches to other countries, please contact Customer Service using the Contact Us page prior to placing your order.  We will need to quote you the shipping rates from USPS.com and send you a PayPal invoice for the order. 

Customs and Duties:

  • Please be aware that customs fees, and duties may apply to your order. Our system does not calculate your country's fees if any.

Shipping Methods:

  • We offer USPS Priority shipping for home shoppers on our site.  If you want FedEx Ground Options and you are a business, please contact Customer Service.
  • If your package is light enough for 1st class, and you don't mind the longer shipping times, you cleave a note in the Customer Notes box of the checkout and we will make the shipping adjustment and refund the difference after the package has been delivered. 
  • COVID Shipping Restrictions from the US Postal Service - some countries will not accept packages
  • We do not ship International orders to a 3rd party. Orders must be shipped to the Paypal Account Address. 
  • USPS International Shipping Services have various box weight and size restrictions per country.  Our site may not be able to determine whether your order will qualify for shipment.  If you are ordering wholesale or items that can not be folded, please watch your email for any updates on your order. 
  • Please choose the correct shipping destination country to properly calculate shipping. 
  • Vogue Fabrics will not be held responsible for delayed arrival or loss of Canadian and International orders once we have shipped an order. Any delays one the package has left our facility is the responsibility of the carrier. 
  • The US Postal Service dispatches your parcel very quickly to the nearest outbound customs facility, but after it leaves the USA's border, we have no control over how long it takes to arrive at your door.
  • We have little if any tracking information until the parcel has been delivered and the information is relayed by your country's postal service back to the USA.
  • Under no circumstances will we re-ship an order unless the parcel can be filed as lost or damaged according to your country's postal regulations. In that case, we will file an insurance claim on the parcel, and the items can be re-shipped when the claim is paid. Claims can take up to 6 months from the US Postal Service.
