We know how hard it is to find high quality fashion fabrics, so we strive to present a "user-friendly" way to purchase fabrics and notions thru our internet site and catalogs. We want you to be happy with our service, and we will attempt to accommodate you if we are able to.

We guarantee that our fabrics will be 1st quality, we do not buy or sell seconds.* If you have received damaged fabric please contact us immediately.
 
The swatches in our Vogue Fabrics By Mail Swatch Sets, Color Cards and Polyester Print Club are 2" x 3" and stapled to the page in an attempt to let our members feel the hand of each fabric. Other swatches are approximately 1.5" x 5" cut from the in-stock bolt on our sales floor.  Our scans and photos on-line are accompanied with descriptive text to help you make a well informed choice.
  • If we have made an error with your order or you have received damaged fabric, please call our toll-free "Swatch-Line" 1-800-433-4313, and one of our representatives will assist you.
  • Please recognize that all computer monitors are different and colors can be different from actual fabrics. We highly recommend if fabric color is paramount, you request a swatch before buying.
  • If you have a question about a fabric or pattern, please contact us before you make your purchase. We work right here with the fabrics, so we can provide helpful answers to questions on color, weight, patten yardage requirements, etc...
  • If you have a problem with your order and wish to return your order, you have 30 days after receiving your package to contact us. Please contact us first before attempting to return.
  • Do not return any items if it has been longer than 30 days.
  • Opened notions packages are not returnable.
  • Scissors are not returnable.
  • Fabrics must be uncut and unwashed. Fabrics damaged due to improper care are not returnable.
  • You will receive a full refund for the fabric or items, except for a 20% loss on bridal fabrics, bridal laces, pleated panels, wholesale orders, and home dec fabrics.
  • Do not return fabrics COD, as the package will be refused.
  • Refused and unclaimed packages will be handled as a return. As a result, you will be only be entitled to a refund minus the total shipping fees on both legs of the shipping process. As a result, the return shipping fees we incur will be deducted from the merchandise credit that will be issued.
  • If your package is compromised or damaged you should have the carrier return it to us as a damaged package.  We take great care packaging your orders to protect your merchandise from the elements and the hazards of transit.  Safe delivery of the package is the responsibilty of the carrier once the package leaves our facility.  If they have damaged the package in transit you can either try to file a claim with them, or have them return the damaged package and its contents to us and we will replace the contents if they are still in stock.
  • Canceling an In-Store Pick-up.  If you cancel an order that has been processed for "In Store Pick Up", there is a 20% Restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund.  

Wholesale Orders:

  • There will be a 20% restocking fee for all returned rolls of fabric, elastic or trims.
  • Wholesale rolls must be unused and returned in good condition within 30 days of original order for credit to apply.  If there was tape on the fabric indicating the starting yardage, that tape must be on the bolt when it is returned to us.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping charges on all returns.
  • Shipping charges will not be credited on returns. Please select carefully before ordering. Colors may vary based on the interpretation of your computer monitor.
  • Please allow a 1% to 2% mill shortage on posted yardages also when ordering more than 17 yards fabric rolls may have been spliced together at mill.  If you have concerns, please make note in the customer notes box of the checkout.
  • Splices and seams are not considered flaws. We make every attempt to send full unspliced fabrics, but some fabric collections are uninspected rolls sent to us directly from the mill and may contain imperfect spices or filling changes. These are not flaws and are considered part of the weaving process. Small catches or tears to the salvage and dirt on the butt bolt ends are also not considered flawed.
  • Vogue Fabrics is not responsible for inaccurate color matching based on the colors shown on your monitor. For truest color match please request color samples prior to ordering.

*Seconds are a term used for damaged or used short remnants from a cutter, manufacturer, or designer. These fabrics usually have flaws or are damaged in some way.
