To make a breast plate:  cover a dress form with tin foil.  Protect your hand with an oven mitt, and hold the edge of Wonderflex near the shoulder.  Apply heat from a super hot hair dryer or a heat gun from the hardware store.  Work from the breast out - point heat at the nipple and begin to shape.
