Décor-Bond #809 is a firm, iron-on stabilizer that provides extra crispness. It is fantastic for placemats, director chairs, lamp shades and drapery headers. Also to add strength and body to fabrics for projects such as eyeglass cases, tote bags, hat brims, visors, soft luggage, etc. For areas that require extra rigidity, use two layers.
