It is as plush and soft as a velvet or minky fabric, but the low pile fibers are more in line with a high-end fleece. We gave you two choices for bottom-weights to coordinate with VF232-27, both are from our Classic Ponte di Roma collection online and in our retail store.  Haussmann Sorbet brings a punch of persimmon, while Haussmann Putty calms things down while coordinating with the pale leaves of the print. The ponte knits are medium weight, have a soft hand, are tightly knit with good body but not too firm. Choose these for cardigans, knit pants, body-con dresses, princess seamed tops, and straight skirts.

UAP Ginger is a lovely medium-weight Ponte de Roma knit that has a supple hand and a soft face. For those of you who love Judy Kessinger from FitNice, this fabric is just like the Sophia she mentions in her books and videos. This is an all-way stretch stable knit.

Nature Intrigue consists of loosely knit, semi-sheer, mingling colors in neutrals, teal, and black, with a hint of shimmer. This designer fabric has some wonderful fashion options. First, the obvious knit top which we recommend wearing over a tank made from one of the Modal knits in this collection. Second, craft a long, thin scarf you can wrap around your neck twice and let it end at your knees, or make an infinity scarf.  If you wear your infinity scarf with a top made from the same fabric, the scarf will look like a cowl neck.

*There was no content listed on this fabric when we received it from a local fashion designer's deadstock. Our best guess from burning the fabric is that it is acetate or an acetate blend. 

Nature Mauve is one of two Modal jersey knits in this collection. The extra processing needed to convert the beech tree pulp into the weavable fibers creates a super soft finished product. Choose this whenever a lightweight knit with lots of all-way stretch is needed.
