Susie's Skirt by Peggy Sagers from Silhouette Patterns is an unlined, straight skirt with elastic waistband, back center zipper, front and side seam shaping,  and bias cut ruffles at the hem.  This patterns works well in a wide variety of fabrics, form slinky rayon to soft suede.  And you could even decide to make it up without the inserts, by simply cutting it with a straight hem.

• Suitable fabrics are stretch denim, stretch linens, any stretch weight pant fabric.
• The waist measurement is " down from the natural waist. Because of the lowered waistline, there is little difference between regular sizing and W sizing. Select the numbers which are closest to your body measurements regardless of size.
