Oh the possibilities!  When you look at this rich tapestry do you envision a smart, boxy hip-length jacket to wear over a silk taffeta dress?  Or maybe you picture  Character Tapestry as a dramatically long jacket?  Is the romantic side of you begging for a frock coat?  We received no fiber content information for this stunning piece, so our best guess is a blend of polyester and Lurex, perhaps with a bit of cotton.  We are recommending dry cleaning to be safe, but feel free to do your own testing for washing at home.
