Take a close look at Perchta Cloqué. You’ll notice that black threads are woven quietly into the predominantly navy fabric to help give a pronounced appearance to the intricate, raised design. The word cloqué is French for blister, which describes this sort of embossed look given to a woven fabric. Telio designed this textile to be a medium weight option for both constructed and relaxed garments alike.
