The first class you will learn about different looms and how they work. Students will weave on different types of looms. Beginning students will learn how to prepare yarns to make an Ikat warp to put on a loom to weave. If you have a loom bring it to the first class, and if not, Bobbi will help you find a loom to purchase or let you weave on one of her looms.
The Intermediate & Advanced students will continue to weave Herringbone, Plaids and Houndstooth on their looms. A new weave pattern called "Basket Weave" or "Stained Glass" weave will be introduced as well as more advanced weave patterns in the Marguerite Davidson Pattern book.
