Will get narrower when stretched (unlike non-roll which retains the same width when stretched). 

This is a soft choice for millinery, waistbands, shoe adjusters, PPE masks and shields that strap behind the head.

Machine wash and dry.  Cold water and cool dryer will extend the life of the rubber versus heat.
