Wholesale Silk Dupioni is a textured silk with slubs running along the weft of the fabric. This textured silk suiting fabric is used in evening wear, bridal gowns and special occasion garments in addition to light home decorating. Often the weft and warp are woven from different colors to give a wonderful iridescent quality. Silk Dupioni is a natural fiber and is hand woven. The weaving of the fabric may therefore contain minor variations and irregularities that are characteristic of a fine silk yarn and should in no way be treated as defects. Colors may vary due to different dye lots.
