Cutting Line Designs #51210 Just a Pinch - Blouse and Vest Sewing Pattern. 

This pattern by The Cutting Line has a jacket version and a vest both with interchangeable collar styles.  

• Jacket is styled with a medium hip length and longer length in the back, slight flare at hem, slightly extended shoulders, high cap sleeve, mitered corners at back hem. 
• Alternate version has long tapered sleeves, mandarin collar, four pinch stitching lines along the front buttonhole area creating interest.  Also with a multi level hem.  
• The vest version has a one piece armhole facing, mandarin collar, accent machine stitching.
