Lightweight White Spring Steel Bones are used to support corsets as well as evening wear. They are rigid yet flexible, able to flex forward and backward, but not side to side. These are the most familiar American made 6mm (1/4") stays. They are quite light, so if you've found you need to use two or more bones per casing, please consider using our European bones #50-8206. Light steel bones offer limited support and are not our top pick for support at center back of corsets. They are suitable for women or garments that need very little support.
